✨ Guided meditation class. 

During the chakra meditation session we will reconnect ourselves with our bodies by getting into the body through the practice of yin and yang pranayama. Finding true connections with our inner selves (soul) can make us find inner strength, inner wisdom and inner peace. The Yoga Nidra part will help you to relax, to let your body rest, recover and recharge as much as it needs. The mind will reach a deeper layer state of mind : subconscious state, will find some peace and there might be space for healing. 

✨ NL Gedurende de chakra meditatie sessie gaan we de verbinding met ons lichaam opzoeken door dieper naar binnen te gaan d.m.v. yin en yang pranayama. De diepere verbinding vinden met onze inner selves (ziel) kan er voor zorgen dat we de kracht van binnenuit weer terug vinden,  de wijsheid en de rust. De Yoga Nidra zal je helpen om je lichaam verder te relaxen, te herstellen en op te laden. Nidra zorgt voor een diepere staat van bewustzijn : het onderbewustzijn, zal meer rust ondervinden en er word meer ruimte gecreëerd voor heling. 

This class will be guided by relaxing music. 

✨ What to bring: + pillow (head) + blanket + meditation cushion / block + eye pillow (optional) (we have a very limited props for you to borrow, please send us an email to yogawithpritha@gmail.com if you'd like to borrow some props). 

✨  This event can hold maximum of 12 participants. You will be placed on a wait-list if our event is fully booked. As soon as someone cancels, you might be allowed in the event. 

✨  The minimum amount of 5 participants required to get this event going. Should there be insufficient amount of participants, we will cancel the event, and you will receive a credit as refund, that can be used for the next event with the same price. 

✨  If the cancellation to this event has been made from your side, you will get a full refund in your credit (in the profile of Momence), if the cancelation is made minimum 24 hours before the event starts.
