Instead of performing yoga poses on a mat, aerial yoga utilizes a sling that is suspended from the ceiling to perform those same movements. Join us in FlyHigh Yoga to try this fun and challenging practice.

Best way to start your day

Morning practice is the best way for you to start your day. This practice aimed to keep the heart rate at a resting pace so that we stimulate more subtle processes in the physical body (the endocrine system, the lymphatic system, etc).

Meditation

Meditation is like exercising a muscle that you've never really worked out before. It's a skill that you learn. You should meditate 1 hour a day, but if you're too busy, you need to meditate 2 hours a day.
