Morning practice is the best way for you to start your day. This practice aimed to keep the heart rate at a resting pace so that we stimulate more subtle processes in the physical body (the endocrine system, the lymphatic system, etc).
MORNING FLOW • HATHA
Meditation is like exercising a muscle that you've never really worked out before. It's a skill that you learn. You should meditate 1 hour a day, but if you're too busy, you need to meditate 2 hours a day.

In yoga tradition, yogis observes the moon a way to honor the rhythms of nature. During the full and new moon, the energy is high and low. The yogis prefer to synchronize with the energy of the moon and involve in moon ceremonies.
