Are you a woman in her mid 30s, 40s or early 50s who is experiencing changes in her menstrual cycle? And do you experience mood swing, hot flashes, or other symptoms that you can’t explain?
If so, you may be in the transformative phase of perimenopause - the transitional period before menopause. In this workshop you will receive practical guidance to support your transition through perimenopause with Ayurveda.
Ayurveda, also known as ‘the Science of Life’ in Sanskrit, is one of the world’s oldest Indian medical systems. It is based on the holistic belief that everything in life is connected, and that health complaints and diseases are caused by an imbalance in the mind, body or spirit. Ayurveda encourages lifestyle and dietary interventions to regain balance again. By incorporating Ayurvedic principles and practices into your perimenopause journey you can find natural ways to support your body and mind.
During this workshop, you will gain knowledge and practical tools related to:
🥀 Understanding perimenopause: explore the specific changes that occur during perimenopause and how Ayurveda views this transitional phase.
🥀 Ayurvedic principles for balancing hormones: discover how Ayurveda approaches hormonal imbalances and receive dietary and lifestyle tips to alleviate symptoms.
🥀 Yoga and pranayama: be gently guided through a special perimenopause yoga with pranayama sequence that you can practice in your daily life.
After the workshop you will get a bonus hand-out with Ayurvedic recipes, self-care rituals and an outline of the perimenopause yoga and pranayama sequence. So that you can integrate everything that you have learned in your daily life at home!
