As the sun sets and Mahé studio comes alive, Seema will guide you through the enchanting history of Diwali, delving into the Indian mythology that surrounds it. Experience the essence of this festival through captivating stories that illuminate the triumph of light over darkness.  The event will then transition into a session of graceful movements, where participants will embody the symbolism of self-discovery and the renewal of life that this festival represents. As the energy flows, the practice will seamlessly blend with the resonance of ancient mantras, filling the space with their timeless vibrations. Conscious breathing will take center stage as Seema leads the group in a meditative exploration. The rhythmic inhales and exhales will synchronize with the heartbeat of the festival, creating a profound connection between the inner self and the outer celebration.  As the event gracefully draws to a close, participants will be gently guided into a deep and relaxing Yoga Nidra.
