Picture this: you'll wake up in the embrace of a sanctuary, surrounded by the symphony of nature. Each morning, the air is infused with the fragrance of tropical blooms, and the first rays of light filter through the leaves, casting a golden glow over your haven.
Your day commences with a guided meditation, where the gentle breeze becomes a partner in your journey to stillness. You'll find yourself rooted in the present moment, as the whispers of the morning guide you to the depths of your own being. Afterwards, a rejuvenating yoga session awaits you in a yoga space adorned with the warmth of natural light. Here, with the gentle guidance of Pritha, the poses flow harmoniously, creating an invitation for you to cultivate a connection with your body, mind, and spirit.
As the day unfolds, indulge in a nourishing breakfast, specially crafted to awaken your senses. The afternoons gently call upon you to discover the cultural treasures of Bali island through guided excursions, offering an immersive experience in the soul-stirring beauty of Balinese traditions. In the evening, join your fellow participants for a communal dinner, sharing stories and laughter beneath the starlit Balinese sky. To conclude the day, Sasya leads a transformative hypnotherapy session that takes you on a profound inward exploration, unlocking the gates to your subconscious and paving the way for healing.

All of your days will be unique. You will have a free day and an excursion day too. Just live in the moment!
This retreat is for you if you don't mind getting a little down to earth and in touch with nature, in order to connect back to yourself. Sometimes you have to disconnect with daily life in order to connect with a deeper, more authentic self.
You will explore the teachings of Ayurveda and yoga, but you will also dive deep into the patterns of your mind with meditation and release blockages out with breath-work, pranayama and hypnotherapy.
