As the sun gently kisses the horizon, awakening the lush landscapes of Ubud, your day at the 7-day to Inner Peace through Yoga, Meditation & Hypnotherapy in Bali begins with a whisper of serenity. Picture this: you'll wake up in the embrace of a sanctuary, surrounded by the symphony of nature. Each morning, the air is infused with the fragrance of tropical blooms, and the first rays of light filter through the leaves, casting a golden glow over your haven.

Your day commences with a guided meditation, where the gentle breeze becomes a partner in your journey to stillness. You'll find yourself rooted in the present moment, as the whispers of the morning guide you to the depths of your own being. Afterwards, a rejuvenating yoga session awaits you in a yoga space adorned with the warmth of natural light. Here, with the gentle guidance of Pritha, the poses flow harmoniously, creating an invitation for you to cultivate a connection with your body, mind, and spirit.

As the day unfolds, indulge in a nourishing breakfast, specially crafted to awaken your senses. The afternoons gently call upon you to discover the cultural treasures of Bali island through guided excursions, offering an immersive experience in the soul-stirring beauty of Balinese traditions. In the evening, join your fellow participants for a communal dinner, sharing stories and laughter beneath the starlit Balinese sky. To conclude the day, Sasya leads a transformative hypnotherapy session that takes you on a profound inward exploration, unlocking the gates to your subconscious and paving the way for healing.

All of your days will be unique. You will have a free day and an excursion day too. Just live in the moment!

This retreat is for you if you don't mind getting a little down to earth and in touch with nature, in order to connect back to yourself. Sometimes you have to disconnect with daily life in order to connect with a deeper, more authentic self.

You will explore the teachings of Ayurveda and yoga, but you will also dive deep into the patterns of your mind with meditation and release blockages out with breath-work, pranayama and hypnotherapy.

HOW TO GET THERE?

Arya Arkananta Resort & Spa is located in Ubud, 1-1,5 hr drive from the airport (depending on traffic and time of the day). A taxi from the airport to Ubud is about €30-40. It can be a bit overwhelming to grab a taxi yourself, with tons of drivers offering a ride at the arrival hall at the airport. This is why we have included the airport transfers for you which is included in your retreat package. The car that will pick you up fits 4 passengers, we’re happy to connect you to others who are joining the retreat who are arriving at the same/similar time as you, this way you can be picked up at the same time. Once arriving at the location, the car won't be able to get in because the path is too small to get to the hotel. A tuk-tuk or a buggy will be there to get you and your suitcases into the hotel area.

THE MEAL

The type of food that we offer is Vegan/vegetarian meal. You will have three delicious and healthy meals included daily. Also, coffee, tea, and water are included during your whole stay.

Please let us know if you have any wishes or a special diet and they can apply this in the meals.

VISA INFORMATION

You can pay for the Visa on Arrival in person when you land at the airport, they accept credit card or cash. This one is valid for 1 month. 
If you want to stay longer the Visa on Arrival can be extended once, this can be done once you’ve arrived in Bali.
You can also apply for Visa on Arrival (1 month) online from your country of origin, or apply for 2 months (we recommend that you apply for the VoA online).

Please make sure you read up on what Visa requirements you need for your specific country.

Bali is strict when it comes to Visa and paperwork so make sure you’re informed and prepared when you travel.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

  • Airport: Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.

  • Your passport must be valid for minimum 6 months before traveling to Indonesia, otherwise you'll be denied to board the plane.

HEALTH INFORMATION

  • Please check with your GP if you need any travel vaccinations in advance.

  • Travelling to Indonesia with prescribed medicine is no problem at the customs if it is clear that the medicine is for personal use. Just in case, please bring a medical passport given by your physician stating the amount of medicine you use per day and the listing of the medication and/or a copy of original prescription. If you are questioned about the medication by the customs officer, you need to have these documents to prove that the medication is legally prescribed.

  • It is prohibited to bring narcotics into the Country. If you are bringing medicines containing narcotics you must declare your medication by using customs declaration (CD) and present a physician’s letter that states the reason for taking the medicine and a copy of original prescription to customs officers. Medications with narcotics substance must be in their original packaging, and the dosage quantity must not exceed the duration of the visit.

  • Physician letter, the listing of the medication and a copy of original prescription must be translated into Indonesian or English. These documents do not require Embassy legalization.

MANIPURA

  • Price: €1.875 (a shared bedroom, one available), €1.989 (for private bedroom for one person, sold out).

  • A shared private villa with a private pool & kitchen, 3 bedrooms for the total of four people.

  • Two bedrooms are with a double bed (private, for one person) and one bedroom is to be shared, with twin beds.

  • Each bedrooms are en-suite.
